Ordered 5 aprons for Grandchildren with names on.lots of colour choice & font choice.realised needed next size up for 2 of them.rang number &was answered quickly.Explained situation &lovely lady went into my order &changed it straight away&sent me a new email confirming my order.She also put a note on that I needed them for Christmas presents.was expecting them in 2 weeks but they came in 2days.Was impressed & relieved with that & also the colours &quality.Grandkids will love them.Thankyou.

I ordered a child's apron for my little boys birthday.. the colour I ordered was no longer available so they called me to advise and suggest another colour with contrasting embroidery- it was received a few days later and I am so pleased with it.. amazing quality and value! Ordered an apron for my 6 year old great-niece during lockdown. They called me immediately to explain my options as they didn't have my chosen colour. Apron with her name embroidered on it arrived within a week. Very good quality fabric and stitching. Would definitely use them again.

By using instructions on screen, this made it easy to follow. Simply typed in the college name and the jacket arrived with correct logo. Very impressed. Easy to follow which helps. My son ordered his uniform and he is autistic, if this was to complicated he would not of ordered. This really helps, as a new customer easy ordering is an essential must have.
