Peerless service with great attention to packaging and presentation. Despatch was within a couple of hours via Federal Express who delivered the following morning. My mother first purchased from here (in person) over 30 years ago (it was a lovely old fashioned shop cum warehouse back then) and the knives which she bought are in my kitchen drawer now. It looks like standards have been maintained.

I recently ordered 2 items for a special birthday present, one being a chef's knife which was rather shoddily packed. One email sorted everything out very promptly. A new display box for the knife was received the next day together with a little "apology" gift which really made my day! Thank you for your prompt reply to my query last week.

I did place an order with you last week but decided against the KE198 for now. However, I wanted to pass on my congratulations to Russums for providing such excellent customer service. The order was placed on Friday, email confirmations received immediately followed by a dispatch notice with tracking details and delivery first thing Monday morning via FexEx! Basically, this is how all companies should operate!

In comparison, I placed an order with another company at exactly the same time and have yet to even receive an email confirming my order!
