    Website was easy to use however when purchase was completed details of the order i.e. wording of text was not displayed as a final check. Had to phone up and get someone to confirm details of wording, this should be rectified as it is not great

    Delivery was fine time wise but I still object to the cost of delivery. Virtually the same price as the jacket. Not acceptable. I am still on the mainland by the way and I am only 60 miles North of Aberdeen. Still mainland.
