    Perfect knife for large loaves of bread and carving.

    We use this as a bread (and general slicing) knife, and find it excellent. This is the second one we've bought, because the first one got lost at a function; in our experience it just does the job very well, is good quality, and keeps its edge well.

    The best knife i have ever purchased,i have spent over the years a lot of money for my husband on carving knives,but nothing compares to this one,its large,sharp and cuts like butter.We spotted this being used in Sainsburys on their meat counters,so asked for the name.
