    The product that I bought had a fault - contacted Russums who sent out a pre-paid envelope for me to return the product. They then sent out a replacement - the whole process took less than a week.

    Poor, but maybe this replacement will be better; the first one broke in less than 3 months. The actual scales themselves are excellent - allow you to weigh in liquids and solids, but the battery life is poor.
