What is Springboard's FutureChef?

Springboard’s FutureChef is an exciting interactive programme of resources matched directly to the food-related curriculum in the UK. FutureChef provides pupils aged 12-16 years with access to, and direct support from, chefs & other hospitality professionals, bringing the industry alive in the classroom and getting the classroom out into industry.

Springboard’s FutureChef helps teachers provide inspiring and engaging learning. It also helps pupils discover potential career opportunities by developing their culinary talent and getting to meet professional chefs. Furthermore, students learn a vital life skill - cooking!

Exciting changes to the Competition for 2015!

Each school can now take 2 Competitors from the First Stage – The School Heat through to the second stage – The Local Final.
