Kai Wasabi Black

The polished blades of the Wasabi Black series are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This extensive range offers both double-edged blade shapes as well as traditional Japanese blade shapes with a single edge. The slightly arched back of the blade allows a secure grip while working making it easier to achieve a fine rocking motion. Wasabi black knives feature a black resin handle that is both robust and comfortable. Its oval or chestnut shape has a pleasant natural feel thanks to the addition of bamboo powder. Made in Japan
